Mechanics changes. (buildRP)

Some mechanics need to change for proper RP.
1. Local chat needs to be turned on
2. Unarrest should teleport you back to spawn.

I don't know if you can change these talmera. But most servers have these features.

Not a mechanics change but can Talmera enable RT cameras so we can make security monitors, or am I just blind and oblivious?

We need a few more rules in NLR, such as if you get killed you cannot go back for like 30 seconds or somthing like that. Also after finishing making your fading door you need to use the keypad and not your keyboard.

MiniMatt, I am assuming that you are suggesting that when we enter our buildings that we must do so through the keypad and no longer can use whatever key we bound our doors to, is that correct?

Why would that matter?  Just out of curiosity.  I am assuming this is to allow the CP to arrest players easier, but half of the fun I had the other night was trying to arrest someone and needing proof to go into his house because he quick key'd his way in leaving us outside.

One of the main reasons for keypads is simply so the building is "rob-able"

Also s2 if you use the battering ram on someone's fading door it will activate.
