Automerge Revision
#11
Would it be possible to allow the person who started the thread have the option to disable automerge? Wouldn't really be a reason to disable it except for under certain circumstances (such as the contest thread).

Option 3 is redundant as it basically is Option 2, I realize now.

Possible. I'd have to look through the code to see how feasible it is.

This is why backseat moderating is prohibited on facepunch and many other communities (and should be here if it isn't already - I'm aware it's a server rule, just fuzzy on if it isn't on forums.) If you see something like that, hit the report button and leave it alone, or face potentially the same infraction the double poster receives.

No offence to people who like to, but can't you just edit the old post (the original one) with like a new time stamp and be like, Since then this is what has changed + Pictures.

Is there a limit on the amount of time before you can't edit your posts any more? If so, could it be modified for easier use in threads such as mapping, coding ect?

The only problem with that is it doesn't bump the topic, so no one knows if you editted it or not.

Nope.

It should bump then after 14 days - automerge. I'm not sure why it isn't working.

Is there any way to modify it so that edits count as bumps?

possibly Taurvi has complete access to the package manager now so he can update it directly if he can.
